I have had occasion to use BManser Enterprises twice in the past, once to build an addition and once to add a second story office to my garage. On both occasions I found Bruce & his crew to be knowledgeable in our pre-work negotiations and advice on how to best do the job. He supplied a detailed estimate for the work and provided a bill of material for both projects. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and maintained a schedule as agreed. Each evening found our home in a clean and organized state, which made living through a renovation a lot easier than we expected.

As always on projects of this size there are the unexpected or changes that occur. These were detailed to me and accepted by me before proceeding. It is a sincere pleasure to write this reference letter for our contractor, Bruce Manser. To date, Bruce has handled two small renovations (kitchen re-design, and garage roof re-design) and one larger renovation (basement and foundation) for us. He is about to embark on another large renovation for us in the next month (renovation of an old addition which comprises a living room and washroom).

Bruce has done these renovations for us during the spring of 2008. From the outset, we found him to be professional, friendly, and sincere. During our first meeting of each project, he outlined exactly how the process would work and we were impressed with his high level of organization. Upon receiving Bruces quote and estimated time of completion, we had no hesitation with hiring Bruce. He has handled each one of our projects in this manner.
Once the first renovation began, Bruces ability and honesty were evident. Each day he showed us what his team had completed, and he would forecast how long the next step would take; his forecasts were always right on schedule, if not ahead. We were astonished at just how much he and his team did accomplish each day. True to his word, he did not waste time, and we were never in doubt about his commitment to our project. Again, this is exactly how he handled each project with us.

Moreover, Bruce was great at discussing each step with us to ensure that our expectations were being met he did offer some valuable suggestions as well. He had no problem making changes if they were requested. Its worthy to know that Bruce is very personable and friendly and this made the discussions go very smoothly.

We have also been impressed by Bruces attention to detail. There is no question that he is a perfectionist. Additionally, he always ensures that his team kept the workplace very tidy during each step of the process.

In terms, of pricing, Bruces rates are more than reasonable and there were no chidden costs or extra charges for materials either. Bruce always showed us the invoices, and we knew exactly what we were spending right down to the last dollar. The total cost was well within budget.

To conclude, we definitely got the kitchen, garage, and basement that we wanted Bruce did a fantastic job. The workmanship is of a very high quality friends and family have been very complimentary in that regard. We couldnt be happier. We are very glad that we chose Bruce and would highly recommend him.
