We will take your project from start to finish.

Right from the initial contact we will briefly discuss your project, then we will arrange a time for a preliminary meeting. At this time a more detailed discussion of your what objectives are, what you are envisioning & what your expectations are for your basement. We will then do a walk through of the basement taking preliminary measurements & a rough drawing. At which point we will briefly discuss a variety of aspects & particular details of your project.

We then take this information, prepare a detailed drawing, an itemized detailed preliminary estimate, & we meet to discuss your project further. It is not unusual that a few meetings of this nature take place, as often questions arise, details change or budget changes.

We want to get as many details ironed out as possible before signing a contract, obviously there will be some areas that will be impossible to provide. However detailed estimates of costs for these issues should be available.

We want you to feel as comfortably as possible when going through this process.
